"Good prices, worth a look"
I ordered some cabinet hardware after spending way too much time comparing prices online, mostly while sitting at the kitchen table with a half-cold cup of coffee. Their prices were better than a couple other sites I checked. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but once I added everything up, it still worked out well overall. The hardware showed up as expected and felt fair for what I paid. I’d probably buy from them again if the prices stay reasonable

I ordered some cabinet hardware and the measurements matched what was listed, so that was a relief. The photos could show a little more detail, maybe be clearer than... but the info itself was accurate and everything worked out fine.

My order from Hardware Hut arrived in such great shape, it made me really happy. Everything was packed securely with just the right amount of padding, so nothing was sliding around or scratched up. Even the small parts were easy to spot, which was such a relief. It’s just a really good feeling when your stuff shows up exactly the way it should.

"Good selection, but my confidence slipped a bit"
I was looking for cabinet pulls and hinges, and Hardware Hut had way more options than I expected. It was easy to sort through different sizes, finishes, and styles, and I did end up finding something that matched my old hardware, which was a big relief. That said, a couple details on the site felt a little unclear, and it made me second-guess whether I was ordering the exact right thing. So while the selection is great, I didn’t feel quite as confident by the end as I did at first.

"Shipping was quick"
I ordered some cabinet hardware and it got here faster than I thought it would. The tracking worked fine too, so I could actually see where it was. It did take like one extra day past the first estimate, but not a big deal at all.

"Not the easiest site to shop on"
As someone who usually knows what part I’m looking for and just wants to get in and out, this site was frustrating. Finding the right parts took way longer than it should have, the filters felt awkward to use, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. I did eventually find what I needed, but the website could definitely be made a lot easier to navigate.

Support took a while to get back to me, and I kind of expected that once the first reply was late. Seems like their responses run slow, but to be fair, they did fix my issue in the end.
